"I've made this many, many times sometimes substituting Campbell's cheddar soup for the Velveeta. Also, I always add chili powder and Amish rivvels when making this."
"I rinse and drain the sauerkraut before mixing all the ingredients up together and putting into the baking dish. Also, I've sprinkled crushed Ritz crackers on top as well as french fried onions during the last 15mins of baking. Very good."
