"I made my own dumplings using: 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt. They were perfect with the parsley. I also used cauliflower instead of potatoes since I like it in my soup. Everyone loved it...the dumplings were gone before the soup, go figure."

"I love pumpkin pie but don't like to make pies. This was a really good dessert, but not quite like the real thing. Close enough where I will make it again, but the crust just isn't that flaky crust that makes it over the top."
