"Made this last night...Used Bulls Eye Original BBQ Sauce. Used Cross Rib meat. Recipe does not say how much beef to use. I used 3 1/2 lbs.,placed in standard size roasting pan. Way too much liquid....it took over 7 hours to get to shredding point. Turned out too watery. Loved the flavor. First time making cooked bbq beef. Plan to make for 90 people but will use crockpots and A LOT LESS WATER."
