"Interesting article. I use several of these different types of flour and I often wondered about the shelf life of some of them. It looks like I need to get rid of a couple of them and buy fresh. Thanks for the information."
"I needed to make chocolate covered strawberries for my niece's bridal shower but had never made them before. I used this information and they turned out great. Everyone loved them. Glad I found these instructions."

Comment: MamaOf3, it does seem like a lot of work but if you build the gingerbread house one weekend and decorate it the next weekend it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Your kids would love it.
"I have been cooking my fully cooked hams at 350 degrees but I see this chart says 325 degrees. I will have to try lowering my cooking temperature next time because the last couple of hams seemed a little dry. Thanks for the info!"
"I love these ideas for decorative pie edges. I make a lot of apple and pumpkin pies around this time of year and it will be fun to try a couple of these."
"Great information on apples. The usage chart has been really handy when trying to find the right type of apples for different recipes. Also, the links to more information on apples, such as preparation and cooking have been helpful."
