"This article contains some good tips for baking a ham. I think the tip of baking it with the fat side up to begin with is interesting and makes sense. I am going to try this on our Easter ham this year."

Comment: I got elected to make the pies for Easter so I am starting to look for ideas on how to dress them up a little. This information looks interesting and I see a couple other pages on this site that might give me some new ideas. I am glad I found these detailed instructions.
"I agree with sweet_lover, I used parchment paper to roll out my cookies this last weekend and that worked great. It was easier to roll out the dough and to remove the cutouts."
"Nice to find this chart. We always fix leg of lamb for Christmas and I am never too sure how long it needs to cook. I don't find much info on cooking lamb so some of the links on this page were also interesting."

Comment: I can't decide if I want to use my roaster or cook my turkey in the oven. The roaster would be nice to save oven room but I really like a nice crispy browned skin on my turkey. I know I could brown it in the oven but that seems like it would be a hassle. Maybe something else could be cooked in the roaster. This is helpful information though.
