2 loaves bread, torn into pieces
1 pound ground hot sausage
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup celery - chopped
1/2 cup onions - chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon sage

Tear bread into small pieces and leave out overnight.
Finely chop celery and onions.
Sautee celery and onions in frying pan with 1/4 cup of butter.
Add 1 lb. of ground hot sausage to sauteed vegetables. Brown sausage until fully cooked.
Add handful of sage and poultry seasoning to torn bread in large mixing bowl.
Add in sausage, celery, and onion mixture to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Add in 1 cup of chicken broth until mixture is moist and firm (add a little water if your bread is still dry).
Pre-heat oven to 375 degree and cook for 40-45 minutes.
