Easy Mandarin Chicken Recipe

This is super easy and excellent for a camping trip meal, or if you need a fast and simple recipe. Just prepare in advance, cook, and enjoy more time with your family!! Only a few ingredients are used to marinate or you can just pop in the oven right away - either way it is a hit!

Ingredients

1 bottle of Italian dressing
3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can mandarin oranges - 14.5 oz.
1 onion - red or yellow
1 tomato - sliced
1 zip lock bag - 1 gallon size

Place chicken breasts in Ziploc bag and add whole bottle of Italian dressing to bag. Next add the can of mandarin oranges to bag (including the juice) and close bag. Refrigerate for an hour or longer, if you like.
If you do not have time to marinate, skip the first step and place these ingredients in a oven safe casserole dish.
When ready to cook, add chicken, dressing, and orange mixture to a casserole dish.
Slice a whole onion and tomato and place slices on top of chicken.
Cover with tin foil and bake for a half hour at 350 degrees.
