Ingredients
  • 6 medium jalapeno peppers, sliced in half and de-seeded
  • 1 cup fresh diced shrimp
  • 1 package Philidelphia cream cheese
  • 12 uncooked bacon strips
  • 24 each wooden toothpicks

  • Mix diced shrimp and cream cheese. Fill one-half jalapeno with cream cheese and shrimp mixture and wrap jalapeno completely with bacon strip. Secure each end of jalapeno and bacon with toothpicks (wooden). Repeat till you have 1 dozen.
  • Place crickets evenly spaced on large cookie sheet and cook for approx. 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
