These foil-wrapped packets may be cooked in the oven or on the backyard grill. I make these salmon packets frequently and add different ingredients in place of the dill like teriyaki sauce, sour cream, salsa, bbq sauce--or any flavor you like.
"I made these last night. Put 2 slices of lemon (instead of the lemon juice) under the salmon and used a sprig of fresh dill (instead of the dried dill). Very tasty. These were great over a bed of wild rice."
