Ingredients
  • 2 pints dark ale beer
  • 1 package frozen orange juice
  • 5 pounds ribs
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package your favorite B-B-Q sauce
  • 2 cups water
Directions
First mix beer, oj, and water and set aside. Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and vigorously rub it into rib meat. Let meat rest for at least an hour. Then put ribs into roasting pan and pour beer/oj mix over top. Put in fridge over night. Drain liquids and bake at 350* F for 2 hours. Then put on grill and baste with your favorite B-B-Q sauce.
