  • 1 each steak per person

  • Season steaks as desired.
  • Place steak on grill over medium high heat and sear on one side, turn down grill to medium.
  • Turn over when steak releases easily from grill. Repeat on other side.
  • Meat should be browned on the outside and still pink inside. Serve.
