Marinate the chicken cubes in marinade of mango and papaya juice with ginger and rosemary overnight.

  • 1 pound skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 each pineapple, cut into 1 inch chunks or use canned
  • 1 each Valadia onion, sliced
  • 1 each summer squash
  • 1 each mango
  • 1 each papaya
  • 1 tablespoon ginger freshed, diced
  • 1 sprig rosemary
Directions
Assembly on soaked sticks and grill.
