Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkgs)
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
1 cup pecans
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (10 ounce can)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix everything together, reserving 1/2 cup pecans. Form a ball. Roll ball in reserved pecans. Chill and serve.
