Ingredients
roast
season salt
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Worcestershire sauce
2 packages Au Jus
Directions
Season roast with season salt. Wrap roast in foil, first covering with garlic, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Put in pot with water covering the bottom. Bake 350° for 3 hours. When done, let cool overnight. Slice, take juice and leftover onions and garlic. Pulverize 2 packages au jus and enough beef broth to cover meat. Put in crock pot and cook until tender.
