Slow Cooker Roast Beef 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • 1 can cream of roasted garlic mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
Directions
Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Add beef. Mix cream of mushroom and beef broth. Blend well. Pour over meat and potatoes. Cook on low 8 hours or until tender.
