Tuna Burgers 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces water packed tuna fish, drained and flaked
  • 1 apple green, peeled, cored and minced (small)
  • 2 egg whites (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 4 hamburger buns (medium)
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 pieces spinach leaves, washed and dried.
Directions
Mix together first 8 ingredients, allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and heat over low to medium heat. Form tuna mixture into four patties. Cook until crispy on one side, then flip and cook until crispy on other side. Serve on buns with spinach and mustard.
