Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped (small)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bottle raspberry chipotle sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for the sauce. Form into balls. Place in greased casserole pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until firm. Pour sauce lightly to cover over top and bake 15 minutes more.
