Scalloped Potatoes with Ham Recipe

Ingredients
4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (medium)
2 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup Milk
3 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 cup cubed processed cheese
1 cup cubed cooked ham
Directions
In large skillet, cook potatoes in butter until potatoes are evenly coated. Add water, bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Combine milk and onion mix, and stir in cheese. Pour over potatoes. Add ham. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
