Classic Chef's Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced roasted turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced ham, cut into strips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips (medium)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Directions
Toss the salad greens with the turkey, ham, cheese and dressing in large salad bowl. Arrange the tomato, pepper, and eggs on top of the salad.
