Ingredients
1 box frozen spinach, thawed
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 tomato, chopped (large)
1/4 cup finely minced onion
Directions
Melt cream cheese in microwave. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Place in small casserole and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, specialty crackers or flat pretzels.
