Ingredients
1 12-inch Dutch Oven
12 coals on bottom
16 coals on top
8 chicken breasts, skinned and browned inch the dutch oven
Mix together
2 bottles Russian dressing (8 ounce bottles)
1 jar apricot jam (12 ounce jar)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 package instant onion soup mix
Directions
Pour over chicken and bake in dutch oven for 1 1/2 hours. Replenish the coals from time to time to maintain the 350° temperature required.
