Mix softened cream cheese, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, whipping cream and lemon peel and beat with mixer. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 C. water. Heat over stove stirring constantly until clear. Mix with cream cheese mixture.
Crust:
1 1/2 finely chopped nuts
2 T. softened butter
2 packs Sweet'n'Low
Sift together ingredients for crust and press in the bottom of spring-form pan sprayed with PAM.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with more chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then another 55 minutes in a 350° oven. Done when knife comes out clean. Cool in pan and chill. Good with cool whip on top.
