Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
6 eggs, at room temp.
3 1/4 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Cream butter, shortening and sugar in mixer until light. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add sifted dry ingredients 1/3 at a time alternately with milk beginning with dry ingredients and mixing well after each addition. Mix in flavorings. Spoon into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour, 40 minutes at 300. Remove to wire rack to cool.
