PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can crushed pineapple inch its own juice (20 ounce can)
  • 2 packages frozen peaches
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, cherries or raisins (opt.)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 chopped pecans (opt.)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Pour crushed pineapple into a 13X9 inch pan with the juices evenly distributed. Open one bag of peaches and distribute over pineapple. Pour cake mix over the mixture evenly. Open next bag of peaches and distribute over cake mix. Sprinkle cranberries and nuts over mixture. Crumble brown sugar over mixture. Drizzle melted margarine over the mixture.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Note: There is no mixing with this recipe. This is great for entertaining.
