Bugs Bunny Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups liquid oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 3 jars strained baby food carrots (small jars)
  • Frosting
  • 4 tablespoons butter(softened)
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened) (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 1 pound powdered sugar (4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt
Directions
Combine eggs, sugar and oil. Add vanilla and flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in nuts and baby food carrots. Spread in jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. When cool frost. Mix butter, cheese, slat, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. Children think these are great!
