  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • 2 pounds New York strip steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Mix Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and sea salt in small bowl. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides of steak.

2. Grill over medium-high heat or broil 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
