Slice of Sunshine Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 1 package yellow cake mix (18 1/2 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained (11 ounce can)
  • Topping
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz pkg)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (15 1/2 ounce can)
Directions
Combine cake mix, applesauce, eggs and mandarin oranges. Mix well and pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Completely cool before adding topping. TOPPING: Combine ingredients and spread over top of cooled cake. Refrigerate until Time to serve. Store in refrigerator.
