Apricot Nectar Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 apricot nectar (12 ounce 1 1/2 cup )
  • 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding mix (small)
  • Apricot Glaze
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 box powder sugar
Directions
Mix well. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 300 for about 1 hour, or until lightly brown.

For apricot glaze, mix nectar and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
