Cream together cream cheese,butter and powdered sugar. Add to Cool Whip. Pour on crushed cookies .
Mix vanilla pudding and 3 C. milk together. Then layer on top of Cool Whip mixture. Sprinkle top with crushed cookies. Refrigerate.
This also looks nice in a trifle bowl. Or have some fun--put in a new flower pot--don't forget to add the gummy worms.
