  • Breaded Talipia
  • Mango Salsa or make your own mustard sauce
  • Mustard Sauce:
  • - Wasabi Mustard
  • - 1/2 container of sour cream
  • - Lime Juice
  • - Chopped jalapeno peppers or other hot peppers to your taste
  • - Mix and let sit

Preparation:
  • Bring fish to room temperature and get a sauce ready. Costco's Mango Salsa is terrific and easy. We warm it up and spread over the grilled talipia for a simple and elegant meal. Another favorite is a Wasabi
Grilling Breaded Talipia with GrillGrates:
  • MEDIUM Heat 400F Max. 10-15 minutes turning 3 x to get beautiful cross hatch on top-side. If the sear marks are BLACK- you are grilling too hot. You're looking for Golden Brown sear marks.
  • Pour Sauce or Salsa over fish or put in a side bowl. Adult Fish Sticks!
