Ingredients
2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
jar Bing Cherry Preserves
Directions
Combine preserves, vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Prepare ham steaks according to package directions. Serve cherry sauce over ham.
