Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce package)
  • 1 crushed nuts pie crust (1 cup crushed nuts of your choice with melted butter, press into pan and cook @ 350° for 5 minutes)
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip (sugar free)
Directions
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar substitute. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into cool crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
