Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 ounce square)
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 F. In medium saucepan, melt margarine/butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla. Beat lightly by hand until just combined. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread batter in a greased 8X8X2-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy.
