Ingredients
16 ounces Premio Beer Bratwurst - sliced to 1/2 inch
4 cans light red kidney beans - drained
29 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 cup vidalia onion - chopped
1 cup green bell pepper - chopped
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic - minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons brown mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Directions
Defrost sausage.
Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil in large frying pan.
Add sausage, stirring and cooking about 8 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, light brown sugar, mustard, and chili powder.
Bring to a boil. Add beans. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
