Very Easy Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups plain flour
Flavoring of choice
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Add flour a little at a time. When well mixed, add flavoring. Bake in greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean, at 350. Cool about five minutes then turn out on a cake plate. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze with icing of choice if desired.
