Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Bag of Cole Slaw
  • Green Onions - to your discretion
  • 2 Beef Ramen Noodle Packages
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Sugar
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • Smash up ramen noodles.
  • Cook on baking sheet for 5 min on 350 degrees to a light golden brown.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Cole Slaw, green onions, baked ramen noodles, and sunflower seeds.
  • In another bowl mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and the beef ramen noodle seasoning packets.
  • Mix well.
  • Add dressing to salad right before serving.
