Super Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound stew meat
  • Mushrooms
  • 6 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • diced onion (optional)

  • Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • Fry mushrooms and stew meat in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Add beef and mushrooms to noodles. Mix in sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Cook until heated through.
