2 pounds hamburger
2 cups water
1/2 medium onion
2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 cups tomatoes with chilies
1/2 cup refried beans
3 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 cups cheddar cheese soup
2 cups broth from meat
1 tablespoon liquid from jalapeno
Tortilla shells
Monterey jack cheese

Brown hamburger, drain. Add 2 cups water, simmer 10 minutes drain water save for gravy.
Add onion, 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, 1 cup tomatoes with chilies, refried beans, 2 teaspoons chili powder, and cumin; simmer.
For gravy: Simmer 1 cup tomatoes with chilies, 2 cups cheddar cheese soup, 2 cups broth, 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, liquid from jalapeno pepper, and 1 teaspoon chili powder; simmer for 20 minutes.
Spoon meat mixture into tortilla shells and wrap. Place in large baking pan.
Pour gravy over top. Top with cheeses.
Put in 350 degree F. oven long enough for cheeses to melt.
Top with lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes; serve.
