Ingredients
4 cups pecans
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Coat pecans with this. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon together and coat pecans.. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 225° for 1 hour. Stir about every 20 minutes.
