Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 dash salt
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons margarine

In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
When the sauce thickens, remove the pan from the stove and add the vanilla and margarine.
Allow the chocolate topping to cool; then refrigerate.
