Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • FILLING:
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 grated lemon rind

For crust, blend and press ingredients into 9x13 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Blend filling ingredients and pour over crust while still hot.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool before cutting with wet knife.
