2 bags Fritos Scoops
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Karo syrup
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bad butterscotch chips

Butter the bottom of two 9 x 13 baking pans.
Crunch up the Fritos just slightly and place in the bottom of the buttered pans.
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.
Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter. Drizzle over Fritos.
Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chops.
Drizzle over Fritos mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut or break into pieces to serve.
