Irish Potatoes 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 7 ounces coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, coconut milk, milk and vanilla. Mix well and roll into small balls. Let chill for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, place cinnamon. Roll balls in cinnamon and serve or freeze.
