  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon - zested

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Beat for approximately four minutes.
  • Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
  • Makes 2 loaves or 4 smaller loaves. If making 4 small loaves, reduce baking time.
