16 ounces cream cheese
1 can olives - small can, chopped
2 cans clams - minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 green onions - chopped, greens included
1/2 green bell pepper - chopped
salt and pepper - to taste
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Mix together in a mixing bowl.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with Bugles.
