  • chicken breasts
  • 2 cups italian dressing
  • 6 pita bread
  • 1 cucumber - sliced
  • 1 tomato - diced
  • 2 cups lettuce - chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion - diced

  • Place chicken breasts in a large ziploc bag. Pour 1 1/2 cups of dressing over chicken and marinate at least 4 hours.
  • Heat the grill to medium.
  • Grill chicken 8-10 minutes or until it is no longer pink on the inside. Turn once half-way through cooking.
  • Remove chicken from the grill and allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then thinly slice the chicken.
  • Fill each pita with sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber slices, onion and lettuce. Drizzle with dressing, if desired.
