Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 pound light brown sugar (2 1/4 Cups)
dash salt
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce can)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Butter 9x9x2 pan. Stir all ingredients except vanilla constantly until candy thermometer reaches 245 degrees (takes about 12-13 minutes). Add vanilla after it is off the stove. Great to dip in Granny Smith apples or add to hot apple cider while adding a dash of cinnamon.
