Enchilada Casserole 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 tablespoon green chilies
  • 1 can ranch-style beans
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 onion (medium)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 can Ro-tel
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
Directions
Brown beef and onion; add chili powder; drain well. In 9x13" pan, place 6 tortillas in bottom. Layer refried beans, meat, ranch-style beans (undrained). Add 1/2 cup Velveeta. Place 6 more tortillas on top. Mix chicken, soup, Ro-Tel and green chilies together. Pour over tortillas. Top with remaining Velveeta. Bake 30 minutes.
