BLINTZE SOUFFLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen blintzes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • cinnamon
Directions
Spray 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan with cooking spray. Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter or margarine in the pan in 350° oven. Remove pan from oven when melted. In large bowl, beat eggs, mix in other ingredients except for cinnamon until blended. Arrange frozen blintzes in 2 rows in pan. Pour egg batter over, spooning batter to make sure all blintzes are moistened by egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 12 servings.
