Hot Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 Eggs
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
1 cup cream corn
1 cup grated cheese
1 can green chili peppers (4.5 ounce can)
Directions
Mix corn meal, salt and soda. In mixing bowl, add eggs, buttermilk, oil and corn, add dry ingredients, stirring well; add cheese/peppers; oil skillet (butter or margarine). Bake 375° for 30 minutes.
